Instant Zen. rofl Anyway CIA experimented on unsuspecting American citizens in late 50's to test it's effects as a weapon and for mind control... ie they wanted to create Manchurian candidate assassins as well as be able to gain info from people they slipped it to. The drug war on psychedelics / entheogens / native plants is not about "public safety" Native peoples our ancestors have been using said substances for thousands of years safely. It's about not letting people think outside the box. For if a large enough group were to do so. ie "think outside box" they would realize interconnectness of reality and that we as a species don't run everything which modern science and the political elite like us to think. There might even be a revolution if people woke up and really "felt" not just intellectually understood that a few elite living in luxury and the rest of us in crude boxes working as slaves as we destroy the planet is not the "sane" way to go. By the way did u know that America incarcerates more people than all the other countries combined.(at roughly 70k a year per convict more than what average american makes). And half those are there for nonviolent possession of a substance. So basically the government wants to control our experiences of reality. No you may not put whatever u want into your body; even in your own home. They even make DMT http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dimethyltryptamine illegal. a substance found naturally in human brain.. This substance shown in scientific thought to cause dreaming. So bascally everyone in america is a criminal because of illegal substance we all carry around in our head each and every day.... lol.. I think someone should go arrest The pres, vice pres, congress, and supreme court, FBI, CIA, whole group and charge em with DMT possession Felony.... Oh that's right they in charge + they have guns... lol.. By the way native peoples make concoctions using DMT plants and MAO inhibitors. DMT can't be ingested orally with effect. Other plants containing MAOIs turn off stomach acids and allow DMT to do it's job.

Sickens me. Those people finally got money a while ago though, but it is no compensation.

Anyway, I appreciate your knowledge of these things, this thread was for discussion of these videos though. If you want to talk about all this there are 2 threads I know of that are already underway.

Oh yeah and the government has made themselves above the law through manipulation of the laws they pass etc. That's why Bush isn't rotting in jail right now.

HA! Whenever someone gets arrested for marijuana possession they just need to say that. Right? Unfortunately not.

but thats exactly how every market in the world operates. The drug war started because there wasn't enough benefit for the government. It surprizes and disturbs me though that the US doesn't just legalize it all (especially in the economic crysis we are in). I won't ramble on though about all the other benefits of marjuana, or other drugs which would help, but not nearly as much, since MJ is very eco freindly.

I've done LSD a few times.

Its helped me realize the world as it is. Something is always learned.

Also, it can give you a very "animal" like perspective on life or when in nature. Its not to abuse, but it certainly has given me a good reason to live.

Yeah, I just wish things like LSD and Ecstasy were still used in psychotherapy. Go to a Psychotherapist and there's your sitter. Fuck that would be awesome.

They don't legalise it (any of these things) because there's more money in keeping it illegal and demonising it. The amount that wouldn't be spent on anti-depressants, anxiety meds, anti-psychotics, asthma meds et al would be way more than what they would earn from the illegal drugs. I don't know how much big pharma pays the government, in any country, but I assume it's A LOT!
