      Foods that help increase awareness?

This post is mainly to ask if you know of foods that increase your awareness. Since lucid dreams are caused by awareness 99.9% of the time, it's safe to say that foods like apple juice or vitamin B6 don't necessarily help with lucidity, just vividness (which may or may not help cause awareness).
We all live in a kind of continuous dream. When we wake, it is because something,
some event, some pinprick even, disturbs the edges of what we have taken as reality.

You'd have trouble falling asleep though, I'm guessing because it has more of a biological effect (restlessness, insomnia, etc.). But maybe.

Well if you can consume the caffeine during a wbtb and then fall right back to sleep before it kicks in, then maybe it could work. But I don't know how long caffeine takes to kick in. But I bet you can get one of those shot energy drinks and drink some of that and go straight to bed.
Every passing minute is another chance to turn it all around.

Caffeine would work.. might work. But it'd have to be during a WBTB that you would intake it. When I wake up for a WBTB i usually fail to do my plan of taking something like vitamin b or applejuice because i'm so tired and i just lay there and go back to sleep. But if you have it next to your bed in arms reach, I'd say try a "bit" of caffeine 4 1/2 /hours in the middle of sleep. you will be VERY tired.

I personally think that caffeine & lucid dreaming is a lil'..... sketchy. I've tried it i think it actually messed my awareness up. But this is just my opinion.
