Additional improvements from Galantamine & Choline Combo

      Hello to all members,

My neurologist recently prescribed me Reminyl (Galantamine), which is a cholinesterase inhibitors, but before I decided to take this drug, I had known of its uses (in natural form) for lucid dreaming from this forum and other various sources. Anyways, I'm considering to use the all natural supplement of Galantamine instead, along with some choline bitartrate and possibly alpha GPC after five successful lucid dreams. I have read Thomas Yuschaks book and will use it as a guide line. I have other aids such as GABA, 5-htp, L-tyrosine, melatonin, Tryptophan to induce relaxation, control, sleep and just in general, increase my over all mental health.

My questions is to those who've used the combination of Galantamine & Choline more than four times. I'd like you to explain other benefits, besides obtaining lucidity or vivid dreams. Mainly, the cognitive improvements of memory, concentration, motivation, attention, clear minded, etc. These would not be an issue to most of you as you're supplementing with the supplements to induce lucid dreaming but I'm sure they've shown other improvements beyond what you initially had taking them for.

To sum it up, besides achieving lucid dreaming with the supplements, Galantamine & Choline, what other benefits have you noticed from taking them?

Moved the thread to Lucid Aids.

I haven't noticed anything special other than great recall. Since I'm a very hyped-up person normally, I guess I don't notice much. But my thoughts and my ability to speak fast is a bit improved the day after.

The "great recall" in dreams would be a sign of improvement in concentration, awareness and memory.

i think most of us who use the combo do so sparingly, ie w/ 4 days or more between attempts. it may be weeks or a month between for me due to sleeping schedule. i think with such infrequent dosages it will have little or no affect on memory etc. those affects are generally for Alzheimer's patients in higher dosages and more often.
