Well, scientifically, one cannot physically enter REM sleep when your intoxicated on ANYTHING, weed included... however, I beleive there's REM overdrive when you become less high during sleep. In otherwords, say you roast a fat blunt before you pass out, and pass out you do: a couple hours after the effects of the weed wear off your body, your REM should come back stronger then it would have originally, thus making dreams more vivid and longer. When I was smoking weed though I found it impossible to remember dreams and probably had little REM sleep because I was smoking all day and night and wasnt really sober if I was awake, but thats a different story... |
