Where did you find this info about taking 50 mg?
I used to take Melatonin a lot for a few months straight a few months back. So I have experimented with it a bit (1-8 tablets or so), but never as much as 50mg, considering it is like 17 tablets lol. But I got the information from Wikipedia, most of the info there is pretty legit.
And yeah it does block it a bit, but I am gunna try and time it so I get the rebound effect in my mid to late sleep still, thinkin maybe 1-3 hours before I sleep, not sure yet. That's what I am thinkin will happen, is that I get a mega rebound lol.
