audio loop telling you that you are dreaming.

I was thinking that maybe somethign that would play a sound about every 30 minutes or so that would say "I'm dreaming" might work. I think I will try it tomorrow night so that I can have time to make something like that. Does it seem like it might work?

I heared about people who did this with success. Maybe you have to repeat it several nights. I would suggest 75 minutes silence 15 min repeating messages.

      I would suggest Audacity:

You can generate 90 min silence, record your Message, generate 75 min silence, etc.
      Copy and paste also works.
You can apply funny effects like phaser, reverb, pitching up to mickey mouse or down.
You may export as MP3 or wav.

It could defiantly work and especially since there is a long period of silence which would help because most people can't fall asleep with constant noise. So tell us how it works for you man.
Every passing minute is another chance to turn it all around.

I made the first version of it recently and will be testing it soon. I am using Audacity and I have set it now at 45 minutes silence and 15 minutes repeating messages every 30 seconds. I copy and pasted the silence and the message over and over to create it. I saved it and will play it all in a continuous loop tonight. I will post my results in the morning and I will continue to listen for a few nights and if I get no results I will change some of the timing and try again. I will keep yall posted on how it works.

God man, that is an excellent idea. What makes it work is the silence, so you are able to fall asleep. Yay, my 700th post.

First was last night and I either played it too loud or didnt give a long enough time for me to fall asleep because everytime the sound started it would wake me up from a sorta half sleep. I am going to try it again tonight with it turned down more and tomorrow if it doesnt work tonight I will increase the interval of silence.

If it wakes you up in the middle of the night during a dream, try and stay perfectly still and dont open your eyes. That way you might be able to DEILD. But you dont want it too loud because then it will wake you up to much. So just play around with the volume and find the perfect loudness. Its basically almost like that lucid dreaming mask, but without the lights that flash. The mask also makes noises to let you know your dreaming. But the difference is that yours is 100 times cheaper.

I heared that you will get used to it in a few nigths. Either you try DEILDing like NrEIAx said or you do a reality check every time you hear the voice. In a few nigths you will sleep over it but you still have the reflex to do the RC.

Well with test number two it only woke me a few times. I remember one dream, non lucid, in which I never once heard the message in dream. It wasn't a very long dream so I suspect that it happened somewhere in the silence.
