So after having a dry spell for about a week, I decided to look on the internet for some tips for more vivid dreams.
As most of you know, Vitamin B6 really helps a lot. But a website also told me about Cheddar cheese which contains Tryptophan.
So I tried it both...
And it was awesome.

I remembered no less then 5 dreams. Not a lot of details, but enough scenes to think it works.
And TWO of them were Lucid dreams.
The best thing is, they were REALLY vivid. The beach I was at was just... wow. Nothing I've ever seen in waking life.

Of course, it could just be luck. So I'll try again tonight and I'll post my new findings tomorrow.
