30 minutes. Sub-lingually (let it melt under your tongue).

I've never heard that way before. Usually the pills I have are so powdery, their kinda gross if they just sit there.

I believe it breaks the blood-brain barrier much more efficiently that way.

Swallowing them with herbal tea is also a great idea. There's this great tea if your interested, I can get you the name, but it's like a natural sleep remedy.

I'm interested in this. I love various kinds of teas (maybe I should be a tea connoisseur ) and I'm quite curious as to what the name of the tea is.

I am the same! I love tea oh so very much. It's called "get some zzz's" Made by the Republic of Tea.

I picked it up from the nearby health store, and the taste can be described as a "Marvelous mint and citrus notes that flirt with whispers of lush passionflower in a soft soothing blend."

You can find it at: The Republic of Tea - Leading Purveyor of Premium Teas

      No problem.

Back to the melatonin discussion, what is the dosage per tablet?

It is usually 5mg, but you don't necessarily need that much. You can cut the tablet in half, or take the whole thing.

I haven't done any tests to see the difference, however, I did read somewhere that if you take a lesser dosage there is a different effect.

      Let me know!
