The most intense and craziest LD experience I've had. Cheapest LD aid. LD, within LD, within LD.

Let me start of start off by saying a few things.

Last night I only got about 4 hours of sleep 11-330. I woke up, really stressed out, and decided to drive to the grocery store. I bought a bunch of green tea since it has always relieved my stress.

I bought a gallon of Lipton green tea. I also bought 2 boxes of this Salada green tea. 1 box of decaff citrus flavor, and another box of pomegranet berry flavor.

I drank about 1/5 of the gallon at about 6am
I drank 1 brewed packet of the Pomegranet berry flavor with my breakfast at 630 am. - To brew I just put a glass mug in the microwave with water in it for 60 seconds. DON'T PUT THE TEA-BAG IN THE MICROWAVE
At about 7 I brewed another glass of this decaffienated citrus flavor green tea.

I exercised then for about 30 minute, making my heart rate go way way up, I felt fully alive and energized.

At 745 I brewed another cup of the pomegranet berry flavor and jumped in the shower, so I could drink it right as I got out.

I drank it, and felt my tiredness coming back at around 815. At 830 I decide to take a 90minute nap(1 sleep cycle) so I'm not completely zonked for work at 5.

I lay for a bit.. after about 30 minutes I fall asleep... this is when it gets weird.

I don't know how to describe it really.

My dreams were partially lucid, partially conscious, and triple stacked. First thing I remember is... sleep paralysis, WITHIN a lucid dream.

I always sleep with my doors locked to my room. I 'woke up' and my dad is talking to me through the door, but I feel very locked down. I figure my body is just waking up. I look up and my door is wide open and I'm like wtf. I try to yell out but I couldn't find the energy to yell, it was impossible. I tried moving, I was like my body was only 10% awake. I managed to get out of my bed since I couldn't yell, and close the door. Right as my hand touched the door, I was laying back in my bed sleep paralyzed again!

I was sleep paralyzed in a lucid dream. So, here I am, lucid dreaming, but mind practically zonked, trying to rest. I know I was in a lucid dream because I was also partially aware of what was going on in the real world. My dad was in the kitchen, talking on the phone, but in my dream, he was in the kitchen talking about subjects like marijuana and just trash talking us kids - which he never does, so in the dream I knew it was a dream due to this.

I try to go back to sleep in the lucid dream because Im extremely tired - my reason for the nap in the first place, so I close my eyes in the lucid dream. My thoughts come ALIVE. Yes, I am closing my eyes in the lucid dream and thoughts are sporadically forming in my head like I'm tripping acid, but more intense. I thought of a hot nude porn model(since I was horny) and boom she appeared in my closed eye black field of vision. But not in my prescense if this makes sense?

I only had partial lucidity to where, I couldn't control the reality part of the first lucid dream, though I could make decisions in it, and move around, but the second lucid dream rapidly took shape as I closed my eyes. First an image rapidly formed, like, it went from pixelated lines to a full person in seconds, then the background started to take form, but I got excited and ended back up in the first lucid dream.

I eventually managed to fall back asleep in my first lucid dream, into the second partially lucid dream, where I ended up smoking a blunt with my friends like we always used to... The blunt was making me extremely high in the LD within the LD. In that LD I began to fall into ANOTHER LD by smoking the blunt. I struggled to stay awake, and my friends in the second LD were holding up the blunt so I could hit it. I explained to them how intense it was and I closed my eyes and I could see the 3rd LD forming instantly, it was like the universe was splitting open and the fabric was brain synapses. Most beautiful thing I had ever seen.

I ended up laying down and got into the next LD(3 layers down, all LD's) this LD didn't make too much sense, it was on the verge of simply being just a dream, but I could make conscious decisions in it still. I felt very clouded like somebody who is excessively drunk, high, and tired.

Then, from the 3rd LD, I woke up into the first one(thinking I was awake in reality), I realized I couldn't fall back to the dreams so easily anymore. So I knew I had to come on dreamviews and tell of my experience. As I got to my computer and started typing(still thinking I was awake), I realized I was still in the dream when I kept getting this intermitent sleep paralysis. My arm fell asleep while I was typing this message and I couldn't even spell the word "can't", then all of a sudden I was back in my bed. No matter how hard I tried to spell, nothing would come out right when I was in the dream typing on this forum. I knew how to spell the word can't but my logical brain was turned off, it kept coming out as kant and other words spelled with funked up letters.

I then fell back asleep and had a minor normal dream which I don't remember, and woke up, about 90 minutes after I originally laid down. I remember the LD's extremely clearly, even now(25 minutes later), but the last normal dream I do not remember at all.

I made a lot of spelling mistakes in this since it was fast typed... so don't mind them. Funny thing is, I feel like I have 80% dream recall.

Something that continually occured in the LDs, no matter how many layers deep was, I struggled to maintain body control. In the first LD, parts of my body would continually reenter sleep paralysis while I was in motion. This happened frequently in every dream, and each person in the LDs were aware of it, as if it was happening in real time and it was some odd disorder I had, but in the dreams they just knew I was phasing in between dreams or something and accepted it. Even 2 layers down in the blunt smoking dream(in which I fell asleep on the outside porch swing to enter the 3rd one), I burned myself with the blunt because my hand fell asleep when I was holding it.

I feel I could not gain the fun control I have in most LD's, like super powers and such because my body and mind were so exhausted and trying to sleep, but I'm guessing, either the minor amounts of caffeine, or vitamin c in the tea, kept me barley conscious. Like, my body within the triple dreams can get sleep paralysis? My thoughts were powerful, but my consciousness was tired. Like, when I would close my eyes in the dreams and full images would blossom into more live pictures, then more dreams, yet I could not control whatever LD I was consciously deciding in..?

I'm not sure what it was, but it was an awesome experience that I recommend everyone trying.

      Here's the products I used.

      Lipton Green Tea - With Citrus 128 floz - 1/5th bottle. - 2$
Salada Decaffeinated Green Tea with Original Antioxidants - 1 bag - $3
Salada All Natural Green Tea, Pomegranate Berry - 2 bags. - $3

Keep in mind the time intervals I took between each product. Taking all those at once might have a different affect, even a more intense effect.

I feel the only reason I didn't achieve full lucidity was because I was massively tired when I went to take my nap. I'm going to try this combo tomarrow and it may be the most amazing thing ever. Best of all, it's extremely cheap. All 3 can be found at harris teeter right next to eachother.

Wait, so how long did you stay up for before going back to bed? How did you even get to sleep again after all that caffeine and exercise?

I was up for about 5-6 hours?

I even went driving when I woke to go the grocery store to get green tea lol.

You say 'all that caffeine', as if it was a lot, when really I probably only had about 30mg in my body total within the 5 hour period. Green tea doesnt have THAT much caffeine.

I guess I fell asleep so easily because I was tired as hell, from only 4-5 hours of sleep, which I woke up about 4-5 times during that sleep. It still took me 20 minutes to get to sleep, usually it takes me 5 minutes.
