      Silene Capensis Liquid Drops

      Hi,
l'm posting this again because l think l might have put it in the wrong section before.
l want to buy 'Silene Capensis' in Lucid Form from a website in South Africa, but l'm not sure about them as l've never shopped with them before and l'm in UK - it will take about 4 weeks to arrive. So, l'm hoping someone here might be able to advice me. l know Silene Caspensis is normally taken as a root, but l'd prefer to just take a few drops before bed, like it's suggested on their site 'medicoherbs.co.za':

African Dream Root, Silene capensis (Ubulawu)
This is the unique and rare ethnobotanical extracted from roots grown in the Eastern Cape and picked by the Sangoma (shaman) himself. It is assured to be of the best quality available.
Normally only the seeds are available but we have finally managed to locate a supply of the actual root which is used by African shamans for accessing the dream state.

This sacred plant which shamans of the verdant river valleys of the eastern cape province of South Africa has the ability to induce remarkably vivid dreams. A web site describes this plant:

"This obscure flowering species is regarded by shamans of the South African region as a type of "Ubulawu" or medicinal root that they call "Undela Ziimhlophe," which translates literally as "white paths" or white ways." It is suspected that this sacred plant's oneirongenic, or dream-inducing activity is likely due to triterpenoid saponins contained within its roots. Relatively small amounts of root (250 mg range) are reported to be active. The plant exerts only minimal alterations in waking consciousness, yet the effects upon the dream state can be profound.
Each bottle contains 25ml - which is approx 500 drops.
Dosage is 10 - 15 drops before retiring.
l'm not going to order it until l know it's genuine or useful. So, l hope some of you guys can help. The liquid form would certainly make it a lot easier to take - 10-15 drops before sleep sounds good.
      Thanks for any help.

I have no idea if it's legit or not. But you definitely don't want to take that supplement more than once and a while.

May I ask, why you trying to get this, instead of some other supplements, that we know are more or less from reputable sources?

I have tried other supplements but l read some good things about African dream Root, so l'd like to try it. Supplements haven't really done anything for me, although l have just received some galantamind and l'll give that a go.
Silence cape sis is supposed to be a very powerful dream aid, though.

I think you'll be happy with GalantaMind. Make sure you use it with Choline, and at WBTB. I have some excellent results with GM. I just got some 5-HTP to get a REM rebound in the second part of the night. Very happy with it so far.

      Which supplements have you tried?

yeah, galantamind seems to be the lucid dream supplement par excellence, apart from calea and silene capensis from my research.
I've used 5htp and it works as you say. I got deep sleep until morning when REM kicked in with dreams being longer than usual.
It did make me feel a bit groggy sometimes - l was taking it every night though.
At the moment l'm taking gotu Kola [ very relaxing ] and bacopa monniera before going to bed. I also eat a banana [ tryptophan ]. Seems to give me a much smoother REM rebound.
