WBTB questions

So my last experience with WBTB was nearly successful so I wanted to raise the question of what are some things I can do while awake to further increase my chances of achieving a DILD? What really made a difference was actually focusing on my mantra and nothing else as well as imagining my prior dreamscape after waking up from dream to dream. Please post any if all of your suggestions for they would be much appreciated.
