      Question WBTB questions

      I tried it, it works

      went to bed at 23:00, set alarm clock at 04:00, woke up, listen to brainwave things a couple of minutes, just to make sure and had a long realistic dream, me seeing everything from my perspective as in real life, sights, sounds, smells, etc, meeting people I know, they behaved mostly like in real life, the place was a little off, but whatever

      I wasn`t lucid yet, quite tricky

      I woke this morning shortly after 06:00 as usual, wasn`t tired at all


      So does doing this thing done regularly mess up the sleep on the long run, sleep as in rest that is a must for your body?!
      dream goals:
      [ ] - sail with the Black Perl to Hoghwarths and show my magic wand to Hermione aaarrrrrrrrr
      [ ] - turn into Chuck Norris,kick Justin Bieber into a large pit, while shouting "shut the f*ck uuuuuuuuuupppp"
      [ ] - meet the Sasquatch and ask him to pick my stocks, then crash the economy
      [ ] - find my virginity to avoid the piranhas on the escalator and get probed by aliens

      I think it really depends how long you stay up while doing it. If you just stay up a few minutes doing a WBTB every night, then it will probably won't mess up your sleep schedule. If you stay up for 30+ minutes doing a WBTB every night, then it most likely will mess up your sleep schedule.

      I don't think it will mess up your sleep schedual. Your only supposed to stay awake a few minutes during WBTB.

      I was always a dreamer, in childhood especially. People thought I was a little strange.-Charley pride

      It's fine as long as long as you catch up on the lost rest. Plus, you could always turn your WBTB cycle adjustment into easy DILD's. After adapting to your WBTB, change your alarms to a normal schedule. Your mind will be ready to wake up at your adapted WBTB schedule but will remain asleep, increasing your chance of waking up in your dreams; lucid dreaming.
