I tried it, it works

went to bed at 23:00, set alarm clock at 04:00, woke up, listen to brainwave things a couple of minutes, just to make sure and had a long realistic dream, me seeing everything from my perspective as in real life, sights, sounds, smells, etc, meeting people I know, they behaved mostly like in real life, the place was a little off, but whatever

I wasn`t lucid yet, quite tricky

I woke this morning shortly after 06:00 as usual, wasn`t tired at all


So does doing this thing done regularly mess up the sleep on the long run, sleep as in rest that is a must for your body?!
