      B-vitamins questions

Today I went to dollarstore and discovered a great deal on C- and B-vitamin effervescent tablets. Bought me both C-vitamin and "B MAX" (B-vitamins), both from brand MaxMedica.

It says to take one each day. And for the B MAX this is for one tablet:

      Vitamin B1, 15 mg
      Vitamin B2, 15 mg
      Niacin (B3), 50 mg
      Pantothenic (B5) 23 mg
      Vitamin B6, 10 mg
Biotin (B8), 150 ug (well, some weird "u" looking thing)
      Folic (B9), 400 ug
      Vitamin B12, 10 ug
      Vitamin C, 500 mg
      Calcium, 120 mg
      Magnesium, 100 mg
      Zink, 10 mg

What I have understanded. B6, B12, Magnesium and Zink will give me improved chance for lucidity or/and vivid dreams?
But are those doses high enough to help me?

As for B6, 10 mg is much higher than the "officially" recommended dose (which only concerns avoiding getting B6-deficiency). For dreaming purposes, much higher doses have been reported often enough - e.g. by participants here at DreamViews. I sometimes take a 50 mg supplement of B6 before going to bed, and also doses above 100 mg have been reported (but there are indications, that going beyond 100 mg per day may have undesirable health-consequences).

Yeah well, I have 100mg's B6 vitamins at home and I know I only may use them about max 2 times a week, but I haven't been using them for a while now.
Mostly in this B-vitamins I bought, is of what the other stuffs may give me. The magnesium I've read people having vivid dreams etc, but how much of it I don't really know.

Well, had no great recall today. Will continue take these B-max/vitamin and C-vitamin I bought that isn't very high doses but atleast something and see if something happends.
