      Audio and Visual Cues

      Hey guys, I've been looking at a couple of devices that send you audio and visual cues when the device picks up that you are in REM sleep.
      Just wondering what works best for most people that use these devices. For audio, what type of sounds can you pick up better in your sleep?
      For visual, are there any patterns that work best for you. Hope to see some input. Thanks!

      Hi there.

      I've never used visual cues, but I have had some experience with auditory cues, both intentional and accidental. I've started a thread which details my experiences and progress in this area of the forum, so to save me repeating myself, I recommend you look there. I'm even doing a dissertation about such a phenomenon as well.
