Lightbulb Do binaural beats help lucid dreaming?

      Hello fellow dreamers,
I have heard alot about binaural beats, that they help, that they don't, i have never tried them myself and would like to hear what you have to say about them! (so i don't have to waste my time if they don't work)

What i would like to know if you have tried them:
[] How long do you lucid
[] How vivid are your dreams
[] How long should the beats be played for
      [] Does it get annoying
[] Are you tired in the morning after listening to the beats

I have read that some people wake up tired the morning after using binaural beats...
      Any help is appreciated
If you use binaural beats please leave a link to your specific beats!

I've tried a lot of them with no result, but one night, after sleeping like 8h, I put my earphones on with bb and had my first LD.

The beat lasted 1 hour. When my dream ended so did it the beat.
It does not get annoying. Maybe at first, but after 5 minutes you get used to it. And no, I'm not tired after listening to it.

I'm going to do a one week trial with Binaural Beats.

Never thought to actually try them yet, but why not give it a go!

Haven't really used them for inducing part, but binaural beats can work well for relaxation before WILD.

I've tried them but they've never worked for me. I'm pretty sure it works mostly due to the placebo effect personally. Believe they'll work, and they will, basically!
