      5HTP + Huperzine A

      Has anyone tried to combine 5HTP along with Huperzine A? Just curious if this is a good combo.

      I have moved completely over from herbs to supplements and the jury is still out on Galantamine. The WBTB method just doesn't work for me as I have tried several times but it takes several hours for me to get back to sleep.

      Herbs I have used with great success: Calea Z with Synaptolepis Kirkii, Valerian Root, Ubulawu

      Supplements:

      GABA
      Kava Kava 30% extract
      5 HTP
      Melatonin
      DMAE
