The two last mornings make me think that this new setting is worst.
the first vibration seams to come too soon, and the delay between the first intervals is seams too short.
I will use a very different schedule for next tries.
Something like only 3 vibrating Alarms with 3 min intervals.
A WBTB of 5 min could be better than no WBTB at all.

So this morning, after having been awoken from a REM Dream from my Rem-Dreamer, I immediately turned my Gymboss on, without WBTB, to test this setting:
1 second vibration at 3min,3min,3min,15 min.
4th vibration was supposed to wake me up to see what happened, but I stopped the experience between the 3rd and the 4th anyway.

      What happened:
I lost consciousness very fast, but each vibration gently pulled me back from unconsciousness, and each time my awareness was greater.
I felt that I was close to the REM, but I don't know how close I was since the 3rd vibration was yet passed by but I was still not in REM.

This experiment seams to show that even without any WBTB, when I am awoken from a late morning dream, as I move to turn the RemDreamer off and turn the Gymboss on, I have to deal with some N-REM sleep for at least 10-15 min before REM kicks in, a N-REM sleep where I loose consciousness very fast(because of no WBTB) but the delayed stimulations from the Gymboss let me stay in the game.
Vibration after vibration, arousal after arousal, I felt that my awareness was merging in but that I was relaxed enough to let the sleep process continue.

I am quite exited with this experiment.

Next time, I will try this setting :
      1 second vibration : 4min,4min,4min,15min

The new setting, with 4min intervals, was less promising than the preceding, with 3min intervals.
I will come back with the 3min stuff, but I will probably add a 4th alarm before the final one.

      Something like
      3min,3min,3min,3min,15min.

Still experimenting with no WBTB, as soon as my RemDreamer wakes me up, I just turn it off and turn the Gymboss on, and I loose consciousness in few seconds.
at this point of my experiments, it would be a good idea to test a real 5min WBTB after the RemDreamer wakes me up from a REM Dream, to see what happens.

I have tested the new setting, but my night didn't start very well, I slept only at 2h30 AM and made my attempt too soon.
Anyway, I have other ideas to test (this vibration is sometimes too stressing), like clipping the gymboss on my REM-Dreamer and using the weak beep instead of the vibration mode.

Despite the fact that I will probably make other tries, as I have read several studies about Sleep, REM sleep deprivation, REM sleep interruptions, I am not so sure that this approach (to WILD from a REM sleep interruption) is the most appropriate approach.
It stays a good point of reference about where I am on my sleep schedule however.

If I finish by stopping this experimentations, I could non the less use a similar way of using the Gymboss as a reminder alarm but from a natural awakening followed by a a proper WBTB.
The gymboss could still be a helpful anchor to prevent me from loosing consciousness too much before the REM kicks in.
