      Any Yerba Mate drinkers?

I've been reading a lot about this tea lately. It's a South American tea that has a lot of vitamins and minerals. Reece Jones (the youtuber) considers it "the drink for lucid dreamers", because he says it makes your mind feel sharp during the day, and eventually this awareness transition into your dreams. I only started drinking it yesterday, and I was wondering if any of you drink it regularly and have noticed improvements in your health in general (because it is very nutritious) or in your lucid dreams concretely.

Also, does anyone take it before bed or during WBTB, or you only take it during the day?

      hahaha
I drink it every day, most because here in my city we call it "tereré" and it's a tradition. I can't say to you if it improves LD because I drink since childhood so I don't have a before/after argument...
But the first 3 times I tried DEILD and FILD was a success, I don't know if it has any influence.
It is easy to get Erva Mate(Yerba-Mate) in spain ?

Well, I'm in the UK right now, we'll see when I return to Spain, but I've heard it's becoming popular and you can find it in some supermarkets even.

You'll start to drink it right? So I'll wait until you post your conclusions about the benefits of it !

I started drinking it a couple of days ago because I found Yerba in a special herb store here in the UK it doesn't seem to be sold in supermarkets). I'll see in a month or two how I'm doing with it

I started drinking Yerba Mate a few months ago, and it is gradually replacing tea for me - and to a lesser degree even coffee - simply because of its rather nice taste. It also seems that it works somewhat to help me have lucids - if I drink it at WBTB-time. But it seems not quite as potent for this purpose as caffeine-pills combined with L-theanine.

For me, the jury is still out, but it does look promising - especially because it does not require L-theanine to work.

So ... is this the real universe, or is it just a preliminary study?
