Rem-Dreamer Mask

HI everyone.
If you are thinking about getting a REM-Dreamer mask I advise you to think twice before purchasing. I bought mine on 25-06-2015 at -link removed- but as of today, (10-08-2015 ), I still haven’t received it, even though on the website it says 3 to 12 business days delivery. No one can tell me where my parcel is or if I ever will receive it, I have been sending emails back and forth with Mr. Pawel Herchel who apparently is the President of ELI Company that is the authorised Polish distributor. Mr. Pawel told me that my mask was sent the day after I bought it, and it is not their fault or responsibility if I didn’t receive it. Instead of being helpful he has blamed me for not going to a post office to ask if my parcel was there. My question is if you asked me for a shipping address during the purchase process, why should I go to all of the post offices near me to try and find my parcel? The problem is that Mr. Pawel sent it as an un-trackable parcel because is much cheaper, that is why on the website says that free shipping is included. After weeks of waiting and no resolution, I asked him for my money back, and surprisingly he told me that my money can’t be refund until he is proven that my parcel has been lost. So six weeks after ordering I am still waiting without the mask, a resolution, or a refund. I will let you to draw your own conclusions about the company from my experience!

big difference today) so whether you think today is October Eighth, or August Tenth you might want to reality check yourself, unless you live really far across the international date line from me

My fear with the Rem Dreamer is that I would have to ship it back to Europe if it needed fixing that wouldn't be free,
San Francisco is much closer if Oneirics one developed problems, of course first i have to wait for Oneirics to finish developing the things. Rem-Dreamer is available for some time

Sounds like a really terrible customer experience. I'd try to escalate to that guy's country's business bureau if you don't get it in another month if at all possible. I've experience multi-month shipping delays sometimes with Eastern European countries before, but only around the New Year's holiday. Perhaps the guy who ships is on vacation? Or perhaps he builds the devices one at a time and is delayed for some reason.

Still, a warning for those considering this device. It's definitely long in the tooth, but it is the only currently shipping (supposedly) device on the market at this time that claims REM detection.

In my communication with the Oneirics inventor, it is still progressing, slowly though without funding, hopefully he'll get the beta devices out in the next several months.

I bought one, and my only communication with him got me a rude response. I did receive mine but the problem I encountered was that I always took it off while asleep. I kept waking up with it sitting there on my nightstand. I read some reviews on Amazon and apparently this has happened to others too, but some have reported success with it too.
