Thread: Rem-Dreamer Mask

HI everyone.
If you are thinking about getting a REM-Dreamer mask I advise you to think twice before purchasing. I bought mine on 25-06-2015 at -link removed- but as of today, (10-08-2015 ), I still haven’t received it, even though on the website it says 3 to 12 business days delivery. No one can tell me where my parcel is or if I ever will receive it, I have been sending emails back and forth with Mr. Pawel Herchel who apparently is the President of ELI Company that is the authorised Polish distributor. Mr. Pawel told me that my mask was sent the day after I bought it, and it is not their fault or responsibility if I didn’t receive it. Instead of being helpful he has blamed me for not going to a post office to ask if my parcel was there. My question is if you asked me for a shipping address during the purchase process, why should I go to all of the post offices near me to try and find my parcel? The problem is that Mr. Pawel sent it as an un-trackable parcel because is much cheaper, that is why on the website says that free shipping is included. After weeks of waiting and no resolution, I asked him for my money back, and surprisingly he told me that my money can’t be refund until he is proven that my parcel has been lost. So six weeks after ordering I am still waiting without the mask, a resolution, or a refund. I will let you to draw your own conclusions about the company from my experience!
