      my buddy gaive me some vitamins right and there i guss going to help me with the clarity of my dreams. Has any one else done this if let me know hoe it works

      In regards to dreaming, B6 is supposed to make your dreams clearer and help with dream recall if taken at the proper dosage and at the correct time before bed.

      Peruse the LUCID AIDS form and you should find a topic in there that will answer your question more in depth.

      I don&#39;t wanna go against anybody&#39;s advice, but in my experience taking B6 directly before bed just keeps me up, so you might want to take it a little earlier. Just my three cents, because three is better than two... or something...

      For me it was (sleep at 9, pills at 12, MILD at 2)
