trying valerian and melatonin together you mean?
Yeah once it get's here i plan on trying all three before bed valerian/melatonin/b6 and see what happen's. And if nothing my second try would be to wait about a day or two. Then stay up 4 or 6 hr's or until i think most likely i would be in rem sleep then try it agian. And if still nothing im getting a refund And what fiddler was saying about recall my recall sucks i hardly remember anything already so i figure it cant get no worst. But my goal is staying calm during the HI's. Now my HI's are getting weirder and weirder now they have motion.I actually seen a horse running along side a wooden fence. But the quality of these scene are'nt that good it's like taking a movie clip and adding a grain effect and turning up the brightness to high.But seeing these make's me wonder am i already dreaming. But it dont feel like it feel's more like a thought. And every time i see these i snap out of it cause im not calm enough to be passive about it.So i hope valerian will do the trick in relaxing me.And the melatonin just to speed up the process in getting back to that state of mind.And the b6 i dont know i guess because everyone think's it's cool But any im gonna give it shot and see how it goe's
