      A way to LD 'almost' regularly.

      Maybe you already discovered this but if you take a vit B pill after 7 hours of sleep and go back to sleep...not WBTB, there is a high chance the dream will be a DILD. Happened twice so far when I took the pill at that prime time but it wears off and the dream after that is normal dreaming so that means 1 LD per night/day.

      B6 helps you sleep.

      B12 and B5 are the brain waker-uppers. They need to be taken with other B vitamins to be effective.

      I've tried B12 and B9 combo which did work.
      But it does wake you up a bit (like taking red bull).
