      any of this stuff harmfull?

      is any of this stuff harmful to a 13 year old boy???

      5 чg vit D
      100mg of selenium, magnesium, starflower oil, evening primrose oil
      10mg citrus bioflavanoids
      2mg natural mixed carotenoids
      50 чg biotin
      6 mg panthenic acid
      100mg magnesium
      12 mg iron
      90 чg vit k
      2.5 mg manganese
      1500 чg copper
      50 чg chronium
      30mg P.A.B.A
      basically its the only tsblet i can find with b6 in...
      wellwoman.

      Any vitamin in excess is normally harmful. Any daily multivitamin for men/children are made with enough care that taking one a day should be fine. If you decide to swallow five a day... the outcome will be different.
