      What Brain Wave Generator Preset do you use?

      I downloaded a whole whack of different presets but I can't decide which is best for me. Some focus on chakra stimulation, some focus on entrancement, others focus on self-hypnosis. I am wondering if anyone has had success attaining lucidity and/or sp with this technique and which preset do you use.

      I've been using #2 Astral projection without fail to get me to SP and Deep Bubble for Starting my Trance. Anyone else use these?

      You know what would be cool (but expensive) would be to have an EEG connected to the BWGEN so it would start the binaural beat freq closer to the actual dominant brain freq.

      I want to mention that I think I found another good preset this one makes me feel as if I'm swaying back and forth Simple Ap Trance can someone give it a try and let me know what they think....Please ...I mean I'm sure there's somone out there that uses the BWGEN to some degree right?

      personally i use one of the chakra ones, Chakra stimulation and balance V2.1 by faded

      and for trancing i use, Deep Mind VI and tommis vibration starter (cheesy name i know)

      Try too much coffee improved as well by the way when u need a pick-me-up,, you will be smiling in seconds

      I use Tommis Vibe Starter as well! I used it before this last one simp Ap trance

      I find if the audible is in the 150-200Mhz range I get better results.
