      Alternative to Apple Juice?

      So I've seen all this stuff about apple juice helping people with their recall/LDs. I would like some aid with my LDs. The problem? I hate apple juice.

      So, is there any alternative to apple juice that would help me with recall/LDing? I would prefer any other fruit juice if possible. Also, will apple cider or apples themselves give me the same effect without having to consume vast amounts of apples? Or, if anyone could suggest a drink that uses apple juice as the main ingredient, I'd appreciate that too.

      I heard someone on another thread mention cranberry juice. I myself have tried neither AJ or CJ.
      What's the difference between dreaming that you're lucid and lucid dreaming?

      I remember someone else on here said that apples did the same thing to them as apple juice so I'd give them a try. Gods knows how many you have to eat though

      ive tried using apple juice a couple of times now as part of a wake back to bed attempt, each time the sugar in them has prevented me from getting back to sleep quickly

      You could try Cranberry-Apple juice, the cranberry is stronger then the apple but it still has some of the effects as the pure applejuice. I use the "OceanSpray" brand cranberry-apple. Give it a go.

      I tried apple juice twice, and both times I had no lucid dreams so this is a good thread. I'd just take a multi-vitamin at night. If you just have one (not more) it's good for you anyway.

      I don't know WHY this post keeps getting ignored. But it has a lot of useful information, and if you read it, you'll notice that there are better fruits/juices than apple juice that will aid in lucid dreaming.

      It seems that among fruit, berries are especially rich in antioxidants. I suggest that in addition to apples we try them and see if they affect dream vividness and lucidity.
