I'm not sure how many it takes, but definitely more than 1. I've gotten into the habit of drinking about 6 throughout the day. It might seem like a lot but it's worth it. My recall has sprung from a dry spell to 3-5 dreams a night. That's pretty significant, especially because at the moment I'm sick and have pretty much abandoned all efforts to LD till I'm better (I don't really want to be aware of the pain in my throat ). I'm hoping that when I'm better I'll get some really good results. Oh yea, and like someone else said, re-steep the tea bag too.

I love green tea. I find a bit throughout the day is best, plus a cup right before bed (I usually find that to be the important part for boosting recall). Also helps for WBTB, WILD, meditation, really anything than can benefit from a relaxed but aware state of mind. I'm even giving a little thought to growing my own, although I'd like to find a way to buy a plant instead of seeds, as I've read that you have to wait untill the plant is about 3 years old before you start harvesting the leaves.

Don't use 2 bags in the same cup or it will taste really bad, you only need 1 cup a few times a day 3-5 times is a good bet. You can tell when its ready because it will look yellow is color, If it turns brown then you have left it too long and it will have bad taste as it only needs to be yellow for the full benefits to come out.

Don't re-steep the bags, you should only re-seep the leaves if you make green tea the traditional way because the leaves keep the benefits for multiple uses where bags are not as good at doing this.

Its great for WILD and WBTB because it relaxes the Central-Nervous-System.

I hate when people say this since its not possible to cut out fluoride because its important for bones and teeth to function. If you want to cut it out you wont be able to wash your teeth or drink water, so I'm not really sure where your coming from, also if it has any negative spiritual or mental functioning then how do you explain monks and guru's drinking it?

      How Much Is Too Much?
To put the tea-fluoride question into perspective, consider that the DRI (daily recommended amount) of fluoride is 3 mg. An entire liter of green tea contains only about half that amount, or between 1.2 and 1.7mg. Black tea contains roughly the same amount of fluoride and oolong tea slightly less. So even if you drank 7 eight-ounce cups of green, black or oolong tea every day, your fluoride intake would still be within the “safe zone.”

      For the Super Fluoride-Conscious
But if you’re still worried about the fluoride content of tea, here’s an easy fix: Make your tea from white tea leaves and bottled water that doesn’t contain fluoride. The fluoride content of tea that’s prepared this way should be practically nonexistent.

On a side note, Don't listen to David icke because he came originally from the same place i come from and its been long known his was a nutcase. One time he was running around claiming he was Jesus reincarnate. There is so much more. He reminds me a little bit of l'ron hubbard "Lets just hope he does not make his own religion!"
