A Simple Smoothie - Dry spell cure and lucid dream improvement?

Heres the deal. I've been having crap recall, unvivid dreams, no lucidity, and poor sleep. My family and I decided it must be a diet issue. Yesterday I had a smoothie. That night, I got lucid three times, in the most beautifully vivid dreams you could imagine. I also remembered all of my dreams (I think, much more than I usually do at least) and got better sleep.
This is what the smoothie had in it:

      Milk
      Banana
      Raspberries
      Blueberries
      Boysenberries

I didn't have yogurt in it this time around, but it probably wouldn't hurt.
Give it a try. It would be interesting if this was a remedy to dry spells.

Thanks! I'm going to try once I can get the ingredients, then I'll post here if it was helpful.

I really hope it helps Raven. Then the shared dreaming experiments can get serious!

The milk and bananas are probably the real key. They both have high amounts of melatonin in them, which is known to increase vividity in dreams. I tried having a cup of milk and a banana an hour before bed a few months back, worked like a charm... till I ran out of bananas.

I like going with frozen strawberries, OJ, a bit of milk/heavy cream, bananas, and assorted berries. Delicious, nutritious, and I can see it being a smashing lucid aid.

That sounds delicious! Will the milk still be a useful ingredient if it's Lactaid milk instead of normal milk? (Lactose free milk for lactose intolerance). I'm not sure if they only take out the Lactose or what.
