If you're interested in supplements, you should check out Advanced Lucid Dreaming by... someone. You could also try taking some before bed, then waking up in the middle of the night and taking more. Then the next night you should get extra REM rebound. |

1mg of melatonin should be sufficient. I never take more than that and I sleep like a baby. Once you get to 3mg + I think you could run into dependency issues. Tread with caution. |
