Hahaha yeah, sex is a common theme in lucid dreams. Once you get more control you will be able to try different, better things, sexual and non-sexual. And don't worry about your parents seeing you humping, sleep paralysis would prevent that from happening. Good job on becoming lucid though, there are so many things to do in lucid dreams you need to have hundreds to experience everything they have to offer.
