      Went lucid but my dreams was all black

      So alright I'll give you a little information about the dream I was having. So my family and I was adventures kinda like Indiana Jones anyways we had just discovered El dorado the lost city of gol. Only it was at the bottom of this dark cavern so my dad pushed me off and tells me that there was soft bottom. So now I'm falling in complete darkness and heres where I become lucid I figure out that its a dream and say I'm going to hit the bottom and it will be soft. Didn't happen I just kept falling in complete darkness. Now I decide to fly back up but it's not the cool flying it feels like I'm swiming up towards the top(I have to paddle with my arms) then I start doing flips for some reason any ways I say when I open my eyes they will be something so I close my eyes open them and I wake up.

      Any advice on how to better control dreams or to make things happen in them would be great. Also it's been a while since I actually tried having a lucid dream this one was just a random on in which I was able to get lucid don't know if that matters just wanted to say that

      When you close your eyes you drop sensory input, which can make dreams unstable. A better way to teleport would be to imagine a real scene behind you. Not just somewhere else, you have to seriously visualise everything in where you want to go as a scene, behind you.

      Gently turn around and if you believe it's there it will be there.

      Teleport to the world of Avatar, (Not the TV show, the movie) or really just teleport at all: [ ]

      Become lucid in three separate dreams in one night: [ ]
