Dream scared me sumthin like nothing b4ore ever if uve any help please tell me what happened

I have been lucid dreaming since i was 4,im now 32 and ive always been able 2 wake up/control what was happening,but last nite i had a total lucid nightmare i actually felt as if evil or another source was trying 2 make me mentally ill...My nightmare had no controll im actually 2 scared 2 go 2 sleep 2nite,,same as last nite...When i woke from that nightmare last nite i felt really wrong like sumthing was trying 2 fuck me up mentally and i couldnt control it or wake up(which i can always do).This has truly freaked me anybody had the same thing

In response to what I think your post is about, Could it be that something in your daily life is making your dreams like this?

Apart from an event in your life, the fear itself makes the problem greater, try fighting the nightmare, ask it why it is there, what it is trying to accomplish, and if all else fails, fight it! You don't need super powers to fight it really, just need to be brave. I would eat it, since it sounds like it doesn't have a body, eating is easier.

not joking.... sounds like u kept it away tho, cause u never actually saw it, u only felt it... but it would've been very close.....

thanks people for your replies,sorry for the slang writing its because im from scotland and cant help it(we type the way we talk)in response to everyones views.It cant be something to do with my daily life because im in a very good place with life right now,and to hukif i can control all my dreams i asked it why it was there ,no answer just mad stuff.But apart from the stuff in the dream what freaked me out is,as i said i have always been able to wake up,but i knew i was dreaming,iknew i was consiously in bed beside my boyfriend and i knew my baby was in the bed right next to me so in my dream i was screaming at the top of my voice(thinking if i screamed my boyfriend wud wake up and wake me up,didnt happen)Then in my dream when i realised that wasnt working,in my dream i lay down on the road and started thrashing around like mad (thinking this would wake him up as i was jumping all over the place)Nothing worked and i kept going in and coming out again .the strangest experience ever and i had a similar 1 last night and felt i was getting closer to the answer but it became to intense and it took all of my strength to get out of it.I was wondering if anybody else has had such experiences,if so please share.
