I am not sure what this is. I have been trying to lucid dream for a few weeks. Anyway, last night, it was strange. I was asleep and woke up. I decided to sit in a chair for a bit but I was still very tired. Oddly, I sat and closed my eyes. I would see myself standing there and suddenly I was moving around doing things in these little "plays". I can't even remember them but I could easily open my eyes and they would be gone. I wasn't day dreaming. I wasn't making it happen except for looking at myself standing in once place. It seemed to become a sort of miniature dream but I couldn't tell if I was aware or not. It is like I was on the edge of sleep and wake or something. Was it a dream? I have had these before. I have no control, or so it seems. Anyone have these types of experiences?
