Initially, i asked this directly to Serenity, but i believe she may have other things to do than indulge me. Also since then, i have "experienced a few short dreams in "high quality"(but not as intense), but the question still remain. Therefore:
Two weeks ago i experienced something i never had ever lived. Not even remotely close.
I am now wondering.. have i ever dreamed? Or dreams are just different depending on the person and the way you remember them?
When i close my eyes, i cannot see anything. I can imagine things and my brain assume they're that color or that person.. but they don't really have colors, texture, etc... and when i dream, it's the same way.
My dreams feel the same my day-dreaming feel, just sitting there and playing out stories in my head. Although, in dreams i have less control and a feeling that you're in the story, not making it.
Are my dreams normal? Some other friends have told me they can "see" pictures or moving things, too, in her head. With details, colors. They can do so while being either awake or asleep.
This is a HUGE difference... is it normal?
In VERY short. I woke up like i do pretty much every days. I looked outside and noticed there was light. As wondered if i should get out of bed, i closed my eyes. And i then could see a picture, as clear as watching an actual photo. I did not understand, how could i "see" anything ? I opened my eyes again, as to check if i was really awake.. and i was. I closed my eyes again. As i paid more attention to the picture, i must have fallen asleep. I was floating over that area, that was on the picture, but now things were crystal clear and buildings were placed like they are in real life. (On the "picture" they were random buildings i know.)
Things to notes are details were crystal clear, just as i could "see" the picture while i only closed my eyes. Things had texture and shapes were defined.
It then goes on for a few minutes(i went to some places on the world of my choosing, actually i sought someone), eventually things got blurry as i felt myself waking up slowly and then i experienced a brutal wake up. I shaked and had hard time moving. I felt heavy and dizzy, confused. I was feeling, all over my body, tingles like pain and needles but no actual pain. Maybe it was the sleep paralysis wearing off. My breathing was regular but it was "shaky". It took me about a minute before i could get out of bed.
I think the way i fell back to sleep is a way to LD, but i've done the same thing hundreds of time and even with control, things were blurry in my dreams.
What happened in the first place?
