I never have. But I have jizzed in my lucid dreams many times. Sometimes in the dream I fear that I did in bed. But when I wake up, there's nothing.

usually if that happens its from getting rid of excess sperm, so it dosent necessarily happen all the time when you have sex in dreams. so if your an avid masturbator there is nothing to worry about.

I personally don't, but from what I've read some people do so if you did it's nothing to be worried or ashamed about. I usually don't remember the orgasm itself, just the act of sex when I wake up.

I think a fild is a finger induced lucid dream, not sure. A deild is a dream exit induced lucid dream. When you start waking up from a dream you become conscious of yourself and lie very still until you fall back asleep. You go straight back into rem sleep so it's very easy to get lucid.
