      Cool Awesome

      I went to sleep earlier and slept for an hour and a half, the length of my dream being a DAY, 1 DAY I SH*T YOU NOT. When I woke up my head felt really "buzzy" and weird. The dream isn't that interesting except for the fact that it was a whole day. If you really want me to explain it to you guys I'll do it. I can't beleive I wasn't lucid! So, have any of you had a dream like that? I didn't 100% believe this was possible till it happened to me.

      A whole day? Like consistent? Whoa. I've only had ones that lasted maybe an hour or so (not lucid of course, though I wish it was). Sometimes my dreams skip around, like a couple of hours could pass by in seconds. Must have been weird waking up after that, huh?

      Nice! I have had non-lucids that felt like they lasted a very long time. The longest I managed to get a Lucid to feel is around 7 hours or so. I haven't a clue how long i was in the dream "real" time. Non-lucids are always hard for me to judge though.

      Non lucids are toughest to judge for me as well. I feel this could be because you can skip time or your dream recall may not capture all of the events. However, I have had some dreams that felt incredibly long.

      I had a dream in which I remembered having experienced most of a day in the dream environment before going lucid. (DJ entry here.)
      Short-term lucid goals: [X] Move an object with my mind [ ] Create a portal and use it to get to a dream scene of my choice [ ] Meet one of my book characters

      Long-term lucid goals: [ ] Visit the Dream World Academy [ ] Make a building appear at will [ ] Change my appearance to disguise myself as someone else [ ] Find the end of a rainbow

      That is awesome Silver. I really need to start experimenting with time in my dreams. See if I can extend a LD to a full day or maybe even longer. Congrats on dream, btw. I bet that was pretty awesome waking up and realizing you had been dreaming for what felt like an entire day !
