I had an amazing Sleep-Paralysis/Lucid Dreaming episode the other night. I believe it was Tuesday night. Well, to begin with I had to work earlier that day, about 8:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M. Well, of course I get home and I'm tired so I took a 2 hour nap and woke up around 8ish. When I woke up, I did the usual daily duties, ironing my clothes and getting ready for the next day. I knew that it was possible I could have a sleep-paralysis episode seeing as how I took a 2 hour nap earlier so I went back to bed around 12:00 A.M. I'm not sure what time it was but I turned the television off, lay on my back with my hands to my side, and just focused. I kept telling myself when I started to doze off I would try to snap back to attention. Well, eventually I did doze off but then woke up not much later. Well, kinda woke up. I was experiencing sleep paralysis. I could barely open my eyes. Just barely. But then, all of a sudden, my eyes jolted open. They were wide open, looking around the room, but I couldn't move any other part of my body. And I made sure I didn't try because I didn't want this to stop.

So during this time, I tried to relax and imagine myself coming out of my body. I tried and tried but couldn't do it. I failed at the "Out-Of-Body Experience." Now, I'm not going to lie, I was still terrified during this whole experience. I still felt as though something evil was in the room with me like every other time. So, not too long after trying to have an O.B.E. I started looking around the room again. Just over my girlfriends side of the bed I saw a dark figure appear! Just instantly, appeared. My heart started racing. I was seriously terrified. I looked at for at least 2 seconds when all of a sudden, it put its hand out and lunged at me. As soon as I saw it jump towards me, I jammed my eyes shut. My heart still racing I told myself I was okay, nothing happened to me physically except for a scare. That was all. Nothing is going to hurt me.

Well, alright. After that happened I started to relax again. I tried to imagine things. Things I wanted to see. I tried to relax my body and imagine myself floating. Then, I started lucid dreaming. It was amazing. Nothing short of amazing and exhilarating. I was in an open space, about the size of an average movie theater. It was almost pitch black, but I could make out the size based on the corners and walls, and I noticed I was floating almost toward the ceiling. Then, these beautiful, small, candle-sized lights were appearing around me and trying to touch me and I was able to maneuver around them by flying. It was like a game they were playing with me. It was one of the most vivid and amazing things I have ever experienced.
