and also the reason for me seeking out a forum like this. I've been dabbling in meditation for a few years on and off and last year tried to initiate spirit walking meditation before sleeping. In the last two months I've been trying to WILD (as I learned it's called from here) but only managed sleep paralysis and no actual lucid dreams. |

“Live as if you were to die tomorrow. Learn as if you were to live forever.”
Achievements: 1. Have explained the concept of lucid dreaming to many dream characters. 2. Have seen a television screen display DILD in big flashing letters -- and responded only with a raised eyebrow.

Yes but I don't think I became lucid through a WILD. It was a night I was taking a break and became lucid. Very very vivid and a great experience. I tried Yoshi's WILD technique and reached SP way faster than ever before just losing track afterwards but have big hopes for it in the future. |

Congrats on the lucid, it sounds like you've got dream control down pretty good! |

We all live in a kind of continuous dream. When we wake, it is because something,
some event, some pinprick even, disturbs the edges of what we have taken as reality.
