Lucid dream 2 days in a row using WBTB (by accident lol)

I wasnt really intending to wake up, it just happened 2 nights in a row from being uncomfortable I guess.

Dream #1. I was in an older city that simulated an old Rome or something, beautiful buildings, cobblestone roads, Almost felt like I was in one of the cities in the game Oblivion. Gardens everywhere. Everything was very chunky, until for whatever reason, I noticed everything transitioning to a very clear state of mind, and I became aware. First thing I said to myself was wow, I better hang on to this. I engaged all my senses and locked myself in to lucidity. Walked in to a bar, saw Dr Cuddy from the show House whipping a customer. She was looking really kinky.

So I walk back out on the street. I figure I try to find my dream guide because I remember reading about them. So a mirror appears on one of the buildings. I look in to it and see myself, and I call out to my dream guide, where ever they are. I announced my intention, then my area changed to an empty room. I'm assuming it did this because thats what was also in the mirror. I think I know found a way to change my environment also. So now I'm in this empty room, looking for my dream guide, there is one flickering light, a TV, couch. And thats it. And its very dim. I ask for my dream guide again, and the mirror appears behind me. I see myself, I stick my arm through the mirror and fall in through the mirror. Then my hearing becomes muffled like I'm underwater. And I woke up.

      Kind of interesting.

On my 2nd lucid, I was kind of on and off lucid, I was outside in some neighborhood. It was getting dark and I don't like this. So I tried to make the night go back in to day time. But the most I could manage was the daylight flickering across the sky, but ultimately it stayed night LOL.

Regardless of whether it's unintentional or not, it's still a WBTB! People who get up in the middle of the night for a glass of water and to use the washroom unknowingly do WBTBs, even if they have no idea what LDing is.

Go Cuddy, haha! In that first dream, stabilization might have helped near the end - sometimes muffled hearing can indicate that the dream is ending, and that you're transitioning to using your waking life senses again. Rub your hands together, touch objects, and just keep saying that you're dreaming. In the second dream, sometimes my lucidity goes on-and-off as well, so it's not that uncommon. How did you attempt to make the sky go from night to day - did you try to drag the moon down and therefore the sun would automatically come up? Or, did you look away and look back at the sky, expecting it to be daytime? Both of those techniques can work well, especially if you actually try to visualize the lighting gradually changing from dark to light. Fully believe that the sky will change, as if it's a natural thing.
We all live in a kind of continuous dream. When we wake, it is because something,
some event, some pinprick even, disturbs the edges of what we have taken as reality.

I tried to make it change to day simply by imagining it while looking at it. It flickered light a light bulb, then it just stayed night. I figured I wasnt powerful enough yet, lol.

I have also noticed that immedietely after I gain lucidity, my mind no longer creates scenarios. Everything just stops. No people, just empty world. And I don't know how to create "activity" like in a real world.
