I think that for start you have to find a technique that works for you. After having my first 3 or 4 lucid dreams i had a dry period without lucidity. I found that the problem was that i was trying different methods every night. Now i am using wake-back to bed method combined with MILD and i have a lucid dream almost every time . Find a technique that works For you and focus on it, when you are ready you will try other tecniques with confidence. Also, do meditation and mental exercises. It really helps. |
