Second lucid dream. I have to share!

I just had my second lucid dream during a nap, if I remember the time I woke up and then fell asleep again correctly, it lasted 14 minutes. So it starts off in my school and I am throwing a baby doll on the ground. this was really messed up becuase I felt absolutly horrible about it and it represented a real baby (really sick I know). So then I needed to throw the doll out, but I couldn't let any teachers see. My principal and assistant principals were standing by all the garbages. Then I suddenly realized, I'm dreaming it's fine! I suddenly started to float and the dream fades, but I try touching the wall alot, that doesnt work either so I spin around and that works. once I come back to the dream I am trying to ground my feet but I can't. the dream morphs into a grocery store. I start to throw things off the shelves for fun, then I remember the challange from a while ago to eat fruit. I try an apple, it is gross and I get plastic in my mouth, I throw it at a girl. Then I started eating these "japanese circus fruits" they were like baloons filled with juice in the shape of a stalk with 3 parts coming out of the top. They were kind of plain but sweet and refreshing. I ate these for a while then woke up. I am so amazed at this, I was able to keep it going and take full control!

Congrats! That's really good for just your second one! You might want to try taking a moment as soon as you become lucid to just sit down, ground yourself into the feeling of the dream, think clearly about what you want to do, and stabilize in whatever way you like to. At least for me, just sitting down and appreciating the dream off the bat, without rushing to complete something, extends your time in it exponentially. Congrats again

Thanks for the advice. I'll see if I can try that next time!
