      epic first lucid dream

I live in vermont, and prior to going to sleep last saturday night, I had walked around boston for 8 hours, and then immediately got into my car and drove 3.5 hours back to vt. I was tired and I feel like that contributed a lot to this, as according to my girlfriend I was only asleep for about 15 minutes.

The first thing of my dream I remember was fighting somebody. I have noticed a pattern in a lot of my dreams, and it tends to be that I get in fist fights with people. Maybe because I'm a really passive person in real life, I have to get it out in dreams. I have no idea. Anyways, in many of my fighting dreams I always feel like im punching through like 9000 pounds of foam before just barely tapping my opponent on the face. Its always really frustrating, especially when I wake up and remember it. So I'm fighting with someone, and this is going on, and suddenly I realize that I am completely in a dream and this whole punching thing is my minds way of making me realize that.

I then morphed into an all white room, pretty much identical to the hallway in the Matrix with all of the doors. There was all sorts of random characters walking out of this one particular door, (scuba divers, cops, firemen, weird shit), I remember being super excited that I was finally having a lucid dream that everything was starting to disappear around me as if I was leaving the pensive from Harry Potter or something. I then closed my eyes and started to spin, the only thing that I could think of when I opened my eyes was that I would see an astronaut. Sure enough, I opened my eyes and I was still in the hallway, but an astronaut walked out of the door behind whatever came before it. I then thought I woke up, and I was laying in my bed. It was a false awakening though, as in an instant, something grabbed me from the side of my bed and started to just pull me off it towards the bottom of my dresser. It was like stretching me (spaghettification) like a black hole towards it, I was under the dresser yet I was still on my bed. I grabbed my girlfriend who was sleeping next to me to help pull me away from whatever it was, and she woke up and helped me. We then both backed up to the corner of my bed, and no joke, this like mummy nasty crazy hand comes out from under the covers towards both of us.

Thats when I actually truly woke up. I actually yelled in real life, not like loud but just like a quick AH. Scared the hell out of my girlfriend.

Epic though, cant wait for it to happen again.

Awesome first lucid! WAY better than mine. All I did was turn my dark dream into daylight and then I woke up.
