Thread: (01) My First Experience.. Short but sweet

So.. Here i go, First post

Basically i learned alot about lucid dreaming before me and my girlfriend broke up, When we broke up i kinda forgot about it for a while, But one night i was in a dream, Cant really remember most details, But i remember driving across a MASSIVE flat desert landscape in a ferrari, Then being captured by evil cartoon zoo animals (I Know, My imagination is Craazy). I was thrown in a giant fish tank, And they we're filling it up with oil.. My family (except my bro) was in there with me.. I Seemed to escape and ran home, when i got home i ran around the house looking for my brother, But he was no where to be found, And the house seemed abandoned and wrecked.. So i started running back down the street, And i thought "God i wish i could go faster, Then i sorta jumped, And closest thing i can describe it to, is a low gravity jump. Then i said to myself "Wait, What the hell, That felt weird" So i jumped again and Instantly realised, Im dreaming.

At this point i became lucid, I Got over excited and thought right quick, What do i do.. And i imagine as most people do, I Thought, Time to fly.

Reading previous posts on this forum about flying, Ive come to realise theres many ways to do it, And the most commen seems to be Superman style, And i know its mostly about believing in yourself. So without hesitation i Put my arm in the air and Jumped for it.. And there we had it, I was soaring through the sky, Feeling the wind against my face and seeing the whole of Woodlands (Where i live) as it would look from the sky.. Unluckily, I Only lasted about 3-4 seconds becuase of how excited i was

This was a few month back, But like i said, I was distracted for a while, Then i was working.. Now works calmed down and im settled down with girl of my dreams, I have more time to Think about Lucid dreaming again.. So here i am.. With my first post, Just sharing my experience with you all..

Trying something new tonight, Downloaded an android app called "Lucid Dreamer"
Basically, You set it for a certain amount of time e.g 45mins. And then it makes a quiet water sound, Not enough to wake you up but enough for your mind to hear it..
Apparently ill hear it in my dream and realise its a dream, And become lucid.
Gonna try it out tonight.. Ill post a comment in the morning with my feedback
Its had alot of good feedback on the app market.

Anyways.. Wanted to keep this short, Kinda failed..

Cool dream you had there! I had my first LD last night but the first thing I tried to do was have sex. And it worked ^^

Well, Congrats on having your first lucid dream
And congrats on the sex aswell i guess

Right well, Just woke up.. Didnt manage to have a lucid dream last night, I remember a couple of dreams i had and one big one really clear.
Im gonna say the app didnt really work, Gonna try again tomorrow night and put it a bit louder.

But anyways, For anyone who's wondering and wants to hear my messed up dream.. Keep reading


Cant really remember how it started. But i was in a massive abandoned town, The first bit i remember is finding a massive pool, With crystals and stuff in and around it, We didnt really know what it was for at the start. But we found some tunnels going down into this building, And it was like voodoo camp, There was lots of drawings on the wall, Some really messed up voodoo masks, and lots of blood and stuff around.. After looking at all the drawings and and stuff, We came to realise, Aliens have been living around here, And humans had came along and killed the few peacefull aliens, leave only a few alive. Then suddenly, After exploring for quite a while, It got weirder.. It zoomed out on the weird pool, Like i was watching from a camera like in a game, Then about 20-30 aliens came though, Leading them was what looked like the drawing of one of the ones that survived.. We basically had to either kill them or run, We didnt really choose which because they found us before we devised a plan. They turned the 3 people i was with.. Which btw was my brother, My girlfriend.. and for some reason, Kim Kardashian. ..Into aliens, So i had to run, I started running.. Ended up back in a place which for some reason is commen in my dreams.. And then it turned into a tv show.. And said To Be Continued. Please watch simpsons to find out what happend.. At this point i woke up, Heard my android app going off ( Which clearly didnt work )
And then sat up for like 15minutes, Can safely say it scared the hell outta me
