first lucid dream

i went to sleep at 9 to 12 then 12 to 2, 12 to 2 is when i had the lucid dream
it started with me flying thou parts of old dreams and then a field with a road then i was flying next to a school bus with tinted windows i ended up in a school i had dreamt up a couple years earlier there was a bunch of people then i woke up

i haven't had one since its been 2 months

any ideas about what was going on im my dream im stumped?

Oh, I get it. I have heard from some people, and it happens to me frequently, that as you are falling asleep, old dreams may pop up in your head. Since it's hard to recognize the exact border between being awake and asleep, your old dreams may have seen to you as you are flying through new dreams. While those were most likely just recollections. As we falling asleep, we are accessing different parts of our brain and that may make them pop up. Is this what you had in mind? Happy dreams
