Getting deeper sleep is not good for lucid dreaming. During deep sleep, your mental functions of memory and logic are at their lowest and you will tend to either not remember your dreams at all, or have chaotic dreams with very little awareness. Most marijuana users report that it is not good for their dream recall. If you want to use these dreams to help you get lucid, you should be using the sight and thought of bongs as a dream sign while you are awake, thinking about becoming lucid in your dreams whenever you see or use one when you are awake.

Ya thats some good advice about locking in smoking so I think about it in a dream, but about the statistics of smoking and lucid experiances is in my opinion that if you've smoked for a long time you tend to be able to think clearly because the weed isn'r effecting your mind as much as a beginner smoker. Experianced smokers have a higher tolerance to the errects of the THC and the buds have the cousin to serotonin in them so your having feel good dreams.

Oh and I have alot of lucid dreams alot include Marijuana in them.
