Hey. That's nothing special. I do that every night. You just have to lie still and do nothing. Control on your breathing. You should get into SP after like 10 minutes if you don't, you'renot tired. |

Hell of a experience if you ask me, first time it happened. I didn't do it intentionally, I woke up at 4AM because my cell phone decided to vibrate on my desk and then I got back to sleep and I entered into sleep paralysis I couldn't move, only my eyes and my toes and I heard like a train passing in my chamber... then I felt asleep though I didn't had any hallucinations |

Don't worry, people experience different things during sleep paralysis. Immobilization and auditory hallucinations are normal. Try to stay aware next time |
