My almost Lucid Dream (would have been my second)

Last night i fell asleep at 10:30pm as usual and had an alarm set for about 2:30am. I was attempting the FILD technique (Finger Induced Lucid Dream) I actually woke up 2 minutes before my alarm went off (idk why but for some reason i see the time i set on my alarm and my body just wakes me up 2-3 minutes before it goes off) anyway so i woke up and turned my alarm off before it actually went off itself and i had the FILD technique on my mind. I relaxed and waited till i felt really really tired and i started doing the technique and i guess i fell asleep maybe but i remember being in my school cafeteria waiting to put my lunch number in to pay for the food and i got distracted and the lunch lady shouted my name so i was like oops my bad and rushed up to the register and then she asked "well wheres your food? and i was like what? looked down and saw i had no food or tray at that and i guess that triggered it so i was like oh I'm dreaming. as soon as i realized i was dreaming i woke up. oh well i would rather have an almost lucid than none!

It was a lucid, although a very short one. It will get better, no worries.

And you woke up just before your alarm, because your internal clock keeps time and can wake you up at time you set your intent to. That's how you can use a mantra to wake yourself up at certain times.
