First memorable and vivid lucid dreams (3 times in one day!)

Copy/pasted from a Word document I wrote right after my lucid dreams.

My first memorable and intense lucid dreams
I was under the condition of sleep deprivation, which may explain why I had so vivid lucid dreams this morning. My body was tired, but my mind wasn't. I remember it was around 01:00 AM and I watched TV. I was feeling a bit tired so I grabbed the remote and turned it off.

Naturally I never did expect any lucid dreaming until I had got these feelings of "vibration". It's hard to explain, but I'll do my best. It's right before the lucid dream phase.
My body is 100% relaxed and I feel some kind of mildly vibration around my head and body. I suddenly hear an awful wind/blowing sound from my ears. These are the signals I ALWAYS receive right before I'm stepping into my lucid dream, but I've never managed to succeed without waking up for some reason. Might be because I earlier forced and expected too much.

This time, I didn't. I just let it do its thing and relaxed. So I received the signals again and I was a bit worried the signals would go away, so I kept thinking to myself "I'm awake, I'm awake". And it worked. The signals were still intact. But then something suddenly happened, something I've NEVER experienced before. Honestly, it was fricken awesome.

The signals converged into a freefall. After having the signals for 5 minutes(it felt like 5 minutes), it felt like my body slowly fell through my bed. The signals and wind sound were getting stronger, but I was less bothered by them now. I might have gotten used to them. I kept falling and falling faster. Like I was falling down from heaven. The signals kept increasing and increasing until I finally hit the bottom. It didn't hurt, not even slightly. It was like a pat on the back, and then I opened my eyes. It was so beautiful.

I woke up in this incredible landscape, covered with few big trees around me and stars above and a purple/black heaven. I was fully aware I was dreamining at this point. My first vivid, and most memorable lucid dream. I can remember trying to fly and I was heading straight up from where I stood. When I was in air, I wanted to try change the environment of the dream. I tried thinking so hard that I ended up waking up, unfortunately. But few minutes later lying there in my bed, the signals started all over again. This time I woke up in my own room, in a lucid state. I climbed up this ladder to a little platform in my room(No idea where it came from, it was just there) and looked on the clock on my wall, which said 3:39 AM. tried spawning some "sexy time", errr, a women. I miserable failed again due to thinking too hard and I woke up, again. I watched the clock again, and it was 4:23 AM. Few minutes later, the process was starting again. This time I woke up in a hotel-looking hall with an entrance outside to the left and right. It was pitch black outside of both the entrances, I remember getting scared because I thought it was a nightmare and Slenderman might pop up in the darkness. I immediately panicked and tried to chang the scenery again, then I woke up. I lucid dreamed 3 times in one morning. I unfortunately failed to control my dreams, but I'm looking up to be better at controlling them.

How was your first time in a lucid dream? How did you manage to get better at controlling them?(If you did)

My first time in a lucid was also the best so far.
I kinda went primal on a dude in what is best described as a tropical paradise.
When i say primal, i mean i grabbed him by the throat and ran away dragging him behind me, not giving a f***.

I didn't have any problems doing what i wanted to do, that is, until i thought about restrictions, then i couldn't do much anymore.
So i guess you will only learn by doing, and after more lucids it'll come to you, i am sure.

For me the most important thing has been really thinking about what I can do in a lucid dream, but doing the thinking when I am awake. I always have a goal set for my lucid dreams. Being a beginner, I don't spend time trying to change the landscape because it might not work. I just go with the flow and try stuff out when I "pop in" to a dream. My 3rd lucid dream I had this morning was my first prolonged experience. First, I stabilized the dream by spinning, but being 101% sure it was a dream, I knew I could do whatever I wanted. So I put my arms out to the side and just started flying. I had no trouble flying because I was 101% convinced BEFORE going to bed that ANYTHING i want to do is possible in the dream :=

Thanks for your replies. I'll remember your advices and hopefully succeed in future. Also nice to see fellow Scandinavians here. ^^
Buhl: Lol'd when you dragged that dude and not giving a f***. Sounded really funny. xD (Doubt it'd be in real life though, hahah)

None of my lucid dreams have ever been really long or that vivid. I stopped focusing on this for a few months, but now I'm getting back into LDing, so now I'm just working towards some more LDs! My first one I just realized I was dreaming, and some strong wind started blowing so I stopped it, and then woke up
