Im not sure if its a sign...

I don't remember most of the dream but what I do remember is I was cruising around school with my skateboard and as I was passing the girls locker room a gangster looking guy stopped me he was about my age and was holding a red heart shaped balloon with white text (I don't remember what the balloon said) the guy then started to ask me "hey man can you do me a huge favor and ask a chick if she we be my Valentine? If you do I'll give you this balloon." I'm not sure why but I really wanted that balloon. I accept the guys agreement so I go to a friend of mine (not sure if I even knew him in real life) and started to tell him what just happened excitedly. He does not say anything in response (I don't think) time has passed and at that point the guy confronts me and asks if I found a girl to be his Valentine. I totally forgot about our agreement and told him "I've just been looking for the right girl, I'm real close though." He says OK and still has the balloon I want so badly. That's either when I woke up or I just don't remember the rest of the dream. But my question still stands... why did I want that balloon so bad?

Hahah, funny dream

I'm pretty sure it means nothing. The brain can conjure up some pretty weird stuff when non-lucid because the logical center of our brain is deactivated. Dreams are to an extent just our slightly aware logical side of our brain trying to make sense of the emotions and images thrown at it by our unconscious, as you can imagine that can lead to some pretty wacky stuff.

I am really good at interpreting dream types like this and your dream is about yourself, and that guy you see is yourself asking you to do something. Reason why you want the balloon bad. Is there someone, a girl that you like that is out of your reach?
