My first lucid dream :D.

Sorry if my grammar is bad ... english is my second language ^>^!

My first lucid dream was 4 months ago, i took a nap and during the nap i heard something . It was westlife's song called " soledad" , i realized that i was dreaming but everything was still black .. i continued listening to the song till it ended and suddenly my heart was ... how to describe it ..

, it was shaking ... i felt like it was going to explode any minutes . Then i calmed down and start to decrease my heart's beat ... and this time i felt like it stopped .. nothing .. i started to fear that i was going to dead , nothing but darkness.
And then i woke up finding my self all sweating ..

.... That was scary but very interesting though..

PS : ah ... i don't know if anyone else but me can understand what i typed

Don't worry, at least I understood, and I don't think my english is better....

If being able to breathe when pinching your nose is a dream sign and a reality check, it's quiet logical than not hearing your heart beat can be another one. Or I suppose it can be.
