So, I've had 3 different lucid dreams since the last time I've been here. 2 around the same time a few weeks ago, and the third one just last night. The 2 before were fairly vivid, and this is where I first noticed that it's harder for me to remember my dreams the more vivid they are. Each one was more stable and vivid than the last. The 3rd lucid, was the longest and most vivid, it is also the hardest one to describe what happened in it. I also finally utilized stabilization techniques, everything started becoming like TV static and it was like I was loosing the dreamscape. So I rubbed my hands together and tried to focus my eyes on what I could still see, and it worked. I also finally pulled off a bunch of reality checks, like I jumped up and slowly floated back down, I realized my location was impossible, as well a certain person being there was impossible so I was certain it was a dream.
It seems every time I become lucid now, the entire dream will be vivid, even before I'm likely to be lucid so it's kind of foreshadowing my lucidity.
So progress made:
- Dream vividness has VERY drastically improved
- 3 new Lucid dreams had
- Finally remembered to use reality checks, and succeeded to confirm it was a dream
- Finally remembered to stabilize the dreamscape, succeeded to keep the dream going longer
- Found out I need to definitely improve dream recall even more because Lucid dreams are even harder to remember.
Huge success for me
